Download the distribution bundle. It contains the version 1 (v1.2, see release notes) of a C implementation of Wave.
A SageMath implementation of Wave is also available. It is obsolete and won’t be maintained. We do not wish to guaranty its security, though we do not believe there is any problem. See here.
